Resolving Conflict and Creating Positive Change
See a Sample of This Teleseminar
Conflict. Conflict is inevitable – it’s a normal aspect of human interaction. Conflict arises from unmet needs, unrecognized differences, and difficulties in coping with life changes and challenges. At the heart of every conflict are two people striving for something better. Conflict will exist as long as people work and live together.
The seeds of conflict invade our days in subtle ways, and build up over time to create resentment and frustration. These feelings can drastically damage relationships, increase stress levels and create a culture of conflict that negatively affects everyone.
This can be turned around. Through listening, striving to see another person’s point of view, and honoring their perspective, joyful and rewarding relations can result … even in areas you never thought possible.
Your participants will reflect, engage, and deepen their learning about what contributes to conflict and its resolution. They will learn ways to minimize the effects of conflict, and transform it into harmony and collaboration.
