How does the Teleseminar of the Month Club work?
As a member of TOMC, you get access to our professionally crafted and designed teleseminars that you customize and brand AS YOUR OWN to deliver to your prospects and clients. Each month, you select the teleseminar topic of your choice. Currently we have over 27 topics for you to choose from, with more added all the time!
Additionally, you get access to our resource library, which is filled with tips, techniques and strategies to support you in utilizing teleseminars in your business. And, you can participate in monthly marketing training calls and teleseminar demonstrations.

When will I get to choose my monthly teleseminar topic?
As a monthly member, you’ll be able to choose one topic every month. For example, if your membership started on the 10th, on the 10th of every month, you would get access to a new teleseminar.
If you are a full pay member, you can select one teleseminar in the first 30 days, and all your remaining teleseminars on day 32.
You have up to 12 months to select your teleseminars if you are in the 9 teleseminar program.
To select your teleseminar, review the topics page, and submit your request to us. To submit a request – log in. Choose the link on the right sidebar to review and pick a topic. You will have access to your teleseminar within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.

Are the teleseminar topics mine to edit and customize?
Yes, once you’ve selected the teleseminar topic, you can customize the material to fit your business and target market. We highly recommend you make changes by adding your stories, testimonials and philosophies to further impact the clients you serve. You can also brand them as your own, with your logos, colors and images.

What topics do I get to choose from?
You have full access to our proven, innovative cache of best-selling teleseminars which are easy to customize for your audience, including all the topics listed in the sidebar or on our teleseminar topics page.

What if I don’t want to pick a topic one month?
Each month, you’ll get access to a new topic. However, if you decide you’d like to wait to receive your teleseminar, you have three additional months after the completion of the program to select all your teleseminar topics.

How long do I have to choose my topics?
You have up to 12 months to select your teleseminars if you are in the 6 or 9 teleseminar program.

How long does my membership last?
Although you have up to 12 months to select your teleseminars, as of October 2015, you’ll also receive an additional 12 months of access to your account—and all of the benefits of being a member, such as the resources and monthly trainings—for a total of 24 months from the date of purchase. After this time, your account will be closed.

What if I want additional teleseminars or longer access to my account?
If you find additional teleseminars you’d like to select or if you would like to keep your account active for a longer period of time, we offer the option of extending your membership for 3, 6 or 9 months, allowing you to select one teleseminar per month.

What if I select a teleseminar topic, but find it’s not a fit for my needs?
In the 9 teleseminar program, you can exchange a teleseminar ONE time. Once you have exchanged the topic, we request that you discard the other topic and do not use it in your business or transfer it to another. We ask that you take time to carefully select your topics to ensure you choose the right teleseminar for your business.

What if I have to miss a marketing training?
We love for you to join the marketing training calls, as they are always live and very interactive. It also gives you a chance to meet your fellow members, get new ideas, and ask questions. If you can’t make a live training call, the calls are recorded and stored on the Training Archives page.

How can I make changes to my membership?
If you’d like to change your membership or your personal contact information, simply email support to request a change.

What if I want to suggest a topic?
Our instructional designers are actively working to bring you the best, most coveted topics. If you’d like to suggest a topic idea, please contact us. Not all requests can be accommodated, but your suggestions are welcomed, appreciated and will be considered.

What if I want to cancel my membership?
MONTHLY PAY PROGRAM You can cancel your membership within the first 30 days for a full refund, and discontinue using the product. After 30 days, there are no cancellations and no refunds.
